24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY: We understand that sometimes unexpected events arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your booking. Out of respect for each person in the community who desires a reading, we kindly require a minimum of 24 HOURS’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your scheduled appointment. Repeat leveraging of the 24 HOUR cancellation policy will forfeit the right to book one’s own appointments and may render them ineligible for future services.

LATE CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS: If you do not provide 24 HOURS’ notice of cancellation, you will be held responsible for the entire cost of the appointment.  No Show Appointments will be charged the full cost of the scheduled session—no exceptions, reimbursements or rescheduling will be offered. 

RESCHEDULING: For any canceled appointments not rescheduled within 60 DAYS, all services and payments will be forfeited. Please contact us directly if you are having difficulty rescheduling via the Amelia booking app.

REFUNDS: We do not offer reading refunds.  Each reading is tailored to facilitate the best outcome and experience for each individual as determined by the current energetic situation at the time of the reading, and this may run counter to one’s personal expectations or desires. 

AGE OF CONSENT: We do not offer any of our content, services or readings to anyone under the age of 18.  You must be 18 years of age or older to engage with the services of Savium Apis.  Anyone under 18 years of age misrepresenting themselves as eligible under the age requirement will be ineligible to receive current and future services per these terms.
